City of Reno presents State of the City logo

2019 State of the City - “Changing the Game in the Biggest Little City” and the second annual Community Engagement Fair hosted by the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority was held on February 5, 2019. This year's State of the City celebrated sports and recreation and the positive impact they have on our community. The event included exciting sports entertainment in addition to speeches from Mayor Hillary Schieve and Reno City Council on accomplishments and direction for the future.

Recent State of the City addresses

2018

The 2018 State of the City address took place on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Reno, located at 100 South Virginia Street.

2017

The 2017 State of the City address was held on January 26, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. at Atlantic Aviation, located at 655 S. Rock Blvd. in Reno.
