Whether you're reporting an abandoned vehicle or graffiti, or looking for City of Reno information, contacting Reno Direct will ensure that your request, suggestion or issue is addressed by the appropriate department.

For reporting graffiti in your neighborhood:

  • If you see graffiti in progress, call 9-1-1. For your safety, do not engage the individuals.
  • You can also call Secret Witness at 775-322-4900 and earn a reward for reporting graffiti criminals. You may be eligible for a cash reward, if the information leads to the arrest and conviction of those involved in the crime of graffiti vandalism. Yes, you can still remain anonymous even if you receive a cash reward.
  • If you see graffiti on a building, wall, fence, etc., call us at 775-334-4636 (INFO) with the location of the graffiti or submit an online service request. We can begin the process to have it removed.
  • If graffiti has occurred on property owned by you, please file a police report.

Public Records Notice

In accordance with NRS Chapter 239 all information submitted by you will be entered into the public record, made available for public inspection, and freely disseminated without restriction. 

You have the option to remain anonymous. The City will investigate and try to substantiate the issue you have reported. If you choose to provide your contact information you may be called as a witness if you are leaving a complaint that pertains to business license or code enforcement.
