Reno Municipal Court retains records according to the standards set by the Nevada Supreme Court Records Retention Schedule and NRS 239.110. The Court does not maintain court records for cases adjudicated prior to the year 2013.

General Public Requests

To obtain specific court documents, certified copies, audio files, purge letters or information that cannot be found through the online search tool, please fill out the Online Records Request form. Fee's associated with these requests must be paid by phone or in person prior to the release of records. The Court will email a response to your online request form which will include the total amount owed.
