The automated Reno Sewer Quote system (RSQ) is a service provided by the City of Reno to enable a title company to request a quote for a City of Reno sewer account that is subject to change of ownership due to the sale of the property. The information provided is an estimate of the sewer fees due at the time of closing provided by the title company.

It is the title company’s responsibility to get an updated quote prior to closing escrow on the property.

Here’s what you will need to generate a quote:

• Current parcel (APN) number
• Closing Date – no more than 30 days from request of quote
• Seller and Buyer – as represented on the Deed to be filed
