The City of Reno, NNBCAS, Our Story, Inc., and Tabnie Dozier Enterprises will host a special Black History Month Celebration on February 15 at 5:00 PM at City Plaza. This celebration will feature a lighting of the BELIEVE sign, Unity Walk, proclamation reading, and a reception.
