This workshop is designed to engage and inspire you to face the challenges of being a sustainability leader wherever you are on your professional trajectory.  We will explore a sustainability leadership framework & vocabulary to deepen your understanding of how to implement new sustainability initiatives.  This framework has been validated through Harvard's executive education for sustainability leadership program.  In the second half of the workshop, we will explore the sustainability journey of Carson City School District case study to help you understand the "squiggle" of innovation and the proposed leadership framework.
