Housing for All: A Plan to End Homelessness: This is the community plan to end homelessness.

Housing for All 2011 Update: The Reno Area Alliance for the Homeless provided information on the successes of the original Housing for All Plan. The updated plan includes information about prior goal completion as well as information about the current goals and how they fit into the Federal Strategic Plan to End Homelessness.

Five Year Consolidated Plan: Describes the long term community development needs, goals, and objectives in relation to the use of CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds.  The current plan is for years 2010-2014.

Analysis to Impediments to Fair Housing Choice: The Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 made it illegal to discriminate in the area of housing because of a person’s race, color, religion, or national origin. Sex was added as a protected class in the 1970s and , the Fair Housing Amendments Act, 1988, added familial status and disability to the list, making a total of seven federally protected classes. Ancestry was added by the State of Nevada which enacted its own fair housing law.

Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER): Defines how the community did in meeting its goals and objectives.  

 Action Plan: Each year the City is required to submit an Action Plan indicating how the City plans to use the funds it will receive from HUD to address the priority needs identified in the Consolidated Plan.
